Dez Bryant sliced his fingers while cutting up carrots for soup
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant apparently does his own cooking, which is commendable for someone who makes $14 million per year. He just needs to be more careful about it going forward.
Bryant, who is recovering from a knee injury, was spotted with his fingers taped at practice on Wednesday. He later revealed that he sliced his fingers while cutting up carrots for a soup he was making.
Dez Bryant had tape on his right fingers in practice because he cut his hand cutting carrots while making soup. Said it's extremely minor.

Fortunately, Bryant’s injury is nowhere near as bad as the nasty one Cleveland Indians pitcher Trevor Bauer has been dealing with, which you can see photos and video of here.
The Cowboys have a bye in Week 7, so Bryant’s minor finger injury is even less of a concern. Still, he might want to consider hiring a personal chef for the remainder of the season.
