DK Metcalf draft stock soars after fast 40 time
NFL teams are going to fall in love with DK Metcalf.
The breakout star of the NFL Scouting Combine, Metcalf was timed at 4.33 in the 40-yard-dash on Saturday:
40 time is in for WR D.K. Metcalf.
At 6-3, 228 pounds and 1.6% body fat has:
4.33 40 time.
27 reps on bench press.

In addition to his blazing 40-yard-dash time, Metcalf did 27 reps on the bench press at 225 pounds and posted a 40.5″ vertical. His stats all compare well to Julio Jones:

If a 40-time can propel one’s draft stock, we could be looking at a first-round pick in Metcalf.
The former Ole Miss receiver claims he has under 2 percent body fat. He had 26 catches for 569 yards and 5 touchdowns as a redshirt sophomore last season before suffering a neck injury.
