Duke coach has incredibly bizarre quote about Daniel Jones
The New York Giants’ new quarterback of the future has no swag whatsoever, according to his college coach.
Duke coach David Cutcliffe offered up one of the strangest quotes of draft night after his quarterback, Daniel Jones, was selected sixth overall by the Giants. In Cutcliffe’s words, Jones has real swag — because he has none at all.

Best of luck trying to decode this one, folks. Your guess is as good as ours. Maybe it’s a sign that he’s not really interested in off-field fame and shows real dedication by focusing on his craft, which wouldn’t be the worst trait to have in New York.
Based on the initial reaction, Giants fans weren’t terribly impressed with Jones and his lack of swag. Perhaps he will win them over, but it’s yet another odd angle on what is seen by many as a strange pick.
