Eli Manning takes shot at Jalen Ramsey over criticism
Jalen Ramsey has been the talk of the NFL world after an interview was published in which he offered an honest assessment of several quarterbacks across the league, and Eli Manning was among those that did not draw praise from the Jaguars star. Not surprisingly, the two-time Super Bowl MVP has very little to say about it.
While Ramsey wasn’t quite as harsh on Manning as he was on Bills rookie Josh Allen, he stopped short of categorizing Eli as a “good” QB.
“Eli [Manning ]… It’s not really Eli. I think it’s Odell [Beckham, Jr.],” Ramsey said. “I won’t say Eli’s good, I’ll say Odell’s good. And their connection is good.”
When asked about the remarks on Wednesday, Manning first said he was not going to comment. He then took a bit of a shot at Ramsey.
Eli Manning says “no comment” when asked about Jalen Ramsey’s criticism. Then, under his breath, Manning added “Who?” and smiled.

Ramsey obviously knew he was going to create a buzz by openly bashing several of his opponents, and we already saw Allen give a more serious response to the criticism. As a 37-year-old veteran who has more experience than Ramsey may ever get during his NFL career, we could have predicted Manning would never indicate the comments bothered him.
