Elizabeth Ruiz, the Instagram sensation who filmed a sex tape with Von Miller during a vacation in Mexico several months ago, has been ordered by a judge to turn over her copy of the video.
TMZ caught up with Ruiz as she was leaving a courthouse in Los Angeles this week, and the aspiring model/actress said she is extremely frustrated with the court’s decision.
“It was consensual,” Ruiz said. “I own 50 percent of the rights to it. It’s just not fair. I already complied to not releasing or duplicating or showing it to anybody. I want to keep my copy.”
A judge gave Ruiz three days to turn the tape over, but she said she wants to get an attorney before then to see if anything can be done.
Miller’s camp has claimed Ruiz tried to extort the reigning Super Bowl MVP for $2.5 million, but Ruiz claims that is not the case. In fact, she says Miller is the one who pressured her into recording the sex act, and now she wants to keep her copy for personal use.
