Elizabeth Ruiz is the woman who is behind the alleged sex tape with Denver Broncos star Von Miller.
According to court documents, Ruiz and Miller had sex while the linebacker was in Cancun over the summer, and he allowed Ruiz to record part of it. Miller later realized his mistake and asked for her to delete the video, but she supposedly responded, “gotcha.”
