Empire State Building lit in green after Eagles victory
It may not make some New Yorkers happy, but as has become customary, the Empire State Building was lit up in the colors of the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles.
The top of the building turned green after Philadelphia beat the New England Patriots 41-33 in Super Bowl LII.

This is far from the first time the Empire State Building has done something like this for a champion. Given that the Eagles and New York Giants are NFC East rivals, it’s probably not going down pretty well. Then again, considering the Patriots’ history with both the Giants and Jets, maybe this was, in fact, the better outcome for them.
