Falcons player has savage Deshaun Watson tweet
One Atlanta Falcons player is flying in from the top rope like Randy Orton as his team attempts to woo Deshaun Watson.
Falcons running back Mike Davis had a ruthless tweet on Wednesday amid rumors linking the three-time Pro Bowl QB Watson to the team.
“Massage is much needed,” wrote Davis in apparent response to the rumors.

Davis’ tweet is an obvious reference to Watson’s infamous alleged misdeeds at several massage parlors in the Houston area. Watson has been accused of sexual asssault by almost two dozen women working as massage therapists, which led to him not playing a single game in 2021. Watson trade rumors have heated up again recently however after a positive development for Watson in his legal battles.
It is unclear if Davis’ tweet is some sort of bizarre recruiting tactic. But the veteran back is under contract with Atlanta for 2022 and would benefit from having the more dynamic Watson under center as opposed to Matt Ryan. It is definitely an unusual way to talk about a potential new teammate though, even if it probably won’t matter to Watson, who has reportedly shown major interest in the Falcons already.
