The Atlanta Falcons gave their fans plenty to cheer about throughout their Thursday night game against the Green Bay Packers.
The Falcons led the Packers 24-7 midway through the second half at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wis. The home fans in one of the NFL’s most storied stadiums were mostly silent as the visitors dominated through three quarters of play.
Falcons fans got rowdy after Jordan Love threw an incompletion on 3rd-and-long. The Packers were even flagged for a penalty on the play. As the referee announced the infraction, a chant broke out amongst the smattering of visiting fans in attendance.
“A-T-L! A-T-L! A-T-L!” several fans chanted.
The three letters reverberated strongly enough to be heard on the Amazon Prime broadcast.

The surprising chant was not enough to wake up the Packers in the fourth quarter. The Falcons still outscored them in the final period to win 35-14. Jordan Love went 28/53 for 312 yards with 2 touchdowns and an interception in the loss.
