‘Fire Bruce Allen’ banner flies over Hard Rock Stadium before Redskins game
Many Washington Redskins fans recognize that the franchise’s problems start from the top. If they can’t force Daniel Snyder to sell the team, at least they can call for Bruce Allen’s job. That’s what some one — or a group of people — attempted to do on Sunday.
A banner flew over Hard Rock Stadium Sunday before the Miami Dolphins-Washington Redskins game that said “Help Skins Fans. Fire Bruce Allen.”

Redskins fans have long been disillusioned with the team. They haven’t made the playoffs since 2015, appear to be headed in the wrong direction, and already fired head coach Jay Gruden this season.
Allen has been with the team since 2010 and worked in the team president role since 2017. He gave a laughable quote about the team’s culture early in the week after Gruden’s firing.
