Prominent NFL executive attends Colorado-Utah game
A prominent NFL executive was among those on hand to watch Colorado’s game against Utah on Saturday.
New York Giants general manager Joe Schoen attended the game between the Utes and Buffaloes at Folsom Field in Boulder, Colo. The Giants are 2-8 this season and in contention to have a top pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. The Giants have been struggling with Daniel Jones at quarterback and may be ready to move on from the former Duke QB.
Being at Colorado’s game against Utah allowed Schoen to see both Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter, who are contenders to be high picks in the draft. Shedeur is viewed as one of the top quarterback prospects, while Hunter is a star two-way player who will likely shine at the next level. Shoen has scouted Colorado at games and practices this season. One fan even shouted a message at the Giants GM during warm-ups before Saturday’s game.
“Get rid of Daniel Jones,” the fan could be heard shouting.

There is one interesting note about Shedeur and the Giants. Shedeur’s father Deion has said he will try to steer the quarterback to a certain NFL team. Would he want to avoid the Giants?
