Giants suspend Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie after departure from team
The New York Giants have suspended cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie under mysterious circumstances after the veteran left the team facility on Wednesday morning.
Coach Ben McAdoo announced the suspension, though little else was announced — and little reason was given.
Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie had a convo with Ben McAdoo earlier this week. He came in today and decided to leave team. He's been suspended.

Safety Landon Collins indicated that there have been issues between Rodgers-Cromartie and McAdoo since Sunday.
Landon Collins said it was something between DRC and McAdoo that he believes stemmed from Sunday. He even called it an "altercation."

McAdoo has voiced concerns about the Giants’ mentality, and now they’re 0-5 and locker room strife is boiling over into the public domain. You have to wonder how hot the coach’s seat is getting, because this is not an unacceptable start to the season for any team, but especially New York.
