Greg Zuerlein sends Rams to Super Bowl with incredible field goals
Greg Zuerlein is incredible.
Zuerlein sent the Los Angeles Rams to the Super Bowl with a 57-yard field goal in overtime to beat the New Orleans Saints 26-23 on Sunday. Zuerlein made his kick with ease, nailing a ball that split the uprights and had enough distance to be good from 70 yards.

The 57-yarder was the longest game-winning kick in NFL postseason history.
As incredible as the kick to win it was, Zuerlein’s kick to tie the game and send it to overtime should not be overlooked. Zuerlein also connected from 48 yards out to make it a 23-23 game with under 20 seconds to go.
Kickers can often become infamous when they miss in the postseason. In this case, Zuerlein needs to be celebrated for coming through with some heroic kicks in a game where he went 4/4 and made both extra points. What a leg.
