Former Pro Bowler Ha Ha Clinton Dix traded from Packers to Redskins
Several former first-round picks changed teams prior to the NFL trade deadline on Tuesday, and Green Bay Packers safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix was among them.
According to numerous reports, the Packers have traded Clinton-Dix to the Washington Redskins. Green Bay will receive a fourth-round pick in the deal.

Clinton-Dix was a star at Alabama before the Packers took him with the No. 21 overall pick in 2014. Green Bay ranks in the top five in the NFL in passing defense this season with just 221.7 yards allowed through the air per game, so it’s somewhat surprising that they are making a significant change to their secondary.
In his four-plus NFL seasons, Clinton-Dix has recorded a total of 300 tackles, 14 interceptions and 5.5 sacks. He should provide Washington’s defensive backfield with a nice boost.
