Report: Hue Jackson will not make relocated Colin Kaepernick workout
The NFL-backed Colin Kaepernick prompted many questions that have not had clear answers, and the case is only getting more confusing and clumsy.
Kaepernick’s camp decided not to attend the NFL’s planned workout at the Atlanta Falcons’ facility on Saturday over concerns about a lack of transparency. A statement from Kaepernick’s representatives says they wanted the media to be able to attend, and that they wanted an independent film crew to be able to record the tryout. They also stated that the NFL wanted Kaepernick to sign a waiver regarding employment issues.
Colin Kaepernick’s workout at the Falcons’ training facility at 3 pm is off; his workout now will be at another Atlanta location at 4 pm today.

In response to these concerns, Kaepernick’s group decided to conduct a workout at a different location, an hour later than the NFL’s planned workout. Former Cleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson was expected to lead Kaepernick’s NFL-backed workout. However, he was not notified about the new workout location with enough time to make it and headed to the airport instead, according to NFL Media’s Mike Silver.
2) Kaepernick's agent invited him to attend the relocated workout (which is more than an hour from the original location) less than an hour before it was due to begin. Jackson, however, is headed back to the airport.

1) Kaepernick didn't invite Hue; the NFL did. 2) Hue was excited about doing the workout. 3) Hue was invited (by Kaepernick's agent) to attend the new one–without enough time to get there before it started. Nice try, though. https://t.co/ld6OxL17j8

What a total and utter cluster.
