Fowler was arrested and faced charges for a parking lot attack last year that was deemed a road rage incident.
Fowler, who was the No. 3 pick in the 2015 draft but missed his rookie season due to injury, has been in trouble multiple times in the past. In February 2016, a video that surfaced showed Fowler refereeing a brawl between two women. He later apologized for his role in the fight. Less than a month after that, Fowler was arrested on charges of assaulting a police officer/EMT and resisting arrest. Those charges were dropped after he completed a pretrial intervention program.
Fowler has 12 sacks over two NFL seasons.
