Jalen Ramsey is officially going Broadway Joe Namath.
Several hours after a thrilling 45-42 divisional round win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, the Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback arrived back in front of his home fans at EverBank Field and made a bold declaration. Ramsey predicted that the Jags would not only make the Super Bowl but win it as well. Here is the video, per Sports Illustrated (but beware of the vulgar language):

Of course, the Jaguars will have to go through the heavily-favored (and defending champion) New England Patriots in Foxboro next week. Assuming they pulled off that upset, they would go on to face either the Minnesota Vikings or the Philadelphia Eagles, both powerhouses in their own right.
Ramsey and the Jags have reason to feel confident though — they boast a truly elite defensive unit, and their offense looked to have finally caught up on Sunday as well. The last time Jacksonville talked smack worked out pretty well for them too, so perhaps you can excuse the 23-year-old’s chutzpah here.
