Jason Garrett: Greg Hardy will not be disciplined
Jason Garrett says that Greg Hardy will not be disciplined by the Dallas Cowboys for his sideline outburst during Sunday’s loss to the New York Giants.
Hardy blew up on the Cowboys’ special teams coach Rich Bisaccia after the team allowed a kickoff return for a touchdown (video here). Unsurprisingly, team owner Jerry Jones defended Hardy for his actions. With Jerry Jones on his side, it was no surprise that Garrett said Monday that Hardy would not be disciplined for his actions.

Garrett also downplayed the incident:
Jason Garrett: People outside of the building are making a bigger deal of the Greg Hardy outburst than the people inside the building

Garrett and linebacker Sean Lee both said that Hardy was being positive and firing up the team:
Sean Lee said Greg Hardy's sideline outburst was not a distraction. Lee said it "was all positive" and "something we all feed off of."

Remember when Dez Bryant infamously had a sideline blowup that the team downplayed? It turned out he really was just firing up his team. Maybe that was the case with Hardy too, although getting into it with a coach seemed to cross the line.
