Jerry Glanville wears two headsets while coaching in XFL

Former NFL head coach Jerry Glanville has landed a job working as the defensive coordinator for the XFL’s Tampa Bay Vipers, and it look like he already has his hands full.

The Vipers played their first game in franchise history on Sunday when they traveled to MetLife Stadium to face the New York Guardians. Glanville, who is 78, quickly caught the attention of viewers when he was seen sporting two headsets at once on the sideline.

Glanville is a familiar name for NFL fans, as he was the head coach of the Houston Oilers from 1985-1989 and the Atlanta Falcons from 1990-1993. He coached in the CFL before taking a position with the Vipers.

Despite Johnny Manziel taking a shot at the league, the XFL has already provided us with some pretty entertaining moments in its first weekend. It will be interesting to see if the two headset move is sustainable for Glanville.
