Jim Irsay: Andrew Luck will have ‘no limitations’ in training camp
The last time Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay made bold predictions about Andrew Luck, he could not have been more wrong. Let’s just hope this season is different.
Irsay met with the media following minicamp practice on Tuesday, and he was ecstatic to have Luck back on the field throwing passes. He told reporters Luck will have “no limitations” when training camp begins and that he has no doubts the quarterback will be ready to go in Week 1.

If you remember, Irsay said prior to last season that he expected Luck to be ready to play in Week 1. Luck ended up missing the entire season when his rehab from shoulder surgery did not go as planned.
Interestingly enough, Luck was throwing high school-sized footballs at practice on Tuesday. It’s unclear why he wasn’t tossing a regular NFL football, but he says he has already done so and that he “felt great.”

The important thing is that Luck looked pretty comfortable while throwing the ball around, which is a welcome sight for Colts fans.
