Jim Irsay ‘not anticipating’ changes in Colts coach, GM
After an underwhelming season, some thought one or both of coach Chuck Pagano and general manager Ryan Grigson may wind up on the hot seat. According to owner Jim Irsay, that’s not currently the case.
Irsay told Tom Pelissero of USA Today that he is “not anticipating” making major changes, but didn’t rule out that changing.

Irsay leaves the qualifier in there for good reason. The Colts are in serious danger of missing the playoffs again, and it’s not just because the football gods are being mean to them. Grigson has left a lot of holes in the roster and has had to clarify his relationship with Pagano amid rumors that the two simply can’t stand each other. He may simply have the wrong personnel in command.
