JJ Watt does 61-inch box jump in new Reebok viral ad (Video)
J.J. Watt is a freak athlete, but you already knew that. The reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year is addicted to training and boasts about how frequently and ferociously he works out. On Monday, he got together with Reebok for a viral training ad.
In the video, Watt completed a 61-inch box jump, which topped his previous record of 59.5 inches (video of that jump here). Of course, the video wasn’t merely about Watt’s training; he plugs Reebok at the end of the clip. The video was uploaded to YouTube by Reebok, which shared some details about the shows Watt was using for the leap:
Before completing his latest box jump, JJ Watt laced up with a pair of Reebok ZPump Fusion, which fits to the unique shapes and contours of your foot. Engineered with Pump technology, the ZPump Fusion provides a custom fit for a secure but comfortable fit. Taking design cues from racing tires, the outsole’s treads provide the ultimate grip in the gym or on the pavement. Combined, these innovative features make the ZPump Fusion the ideal shoe for JJ Watt and his box jumping antics.
Watt sure has been a busy man lately. He has been spotted out with tennis player Caroline Wozniacki twice in the last week. What happened to the guy who said he was too focused on football for a girlfriend?
