Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow had fans very concerned with how hard he was playing in Saturday’s flag football event.
Burrow was one of several NFL players taking part in the Fanatics Flag Football Classic in Los Angeles on Saturday, and he certainly did not go easy. At one point, Burrow attempted to make a catch when he was taken out below the knees by an opposing defender.
If I am a Bengals fan I am having a stroke watching Joe Burrow in this game pic.twitter.com/mZvcwCx6Wr

That is a fairly high-speed collision for a star quarterback that the Bengals will want protected. All involved were playing with a competitive intensity, and some were questioning how he was allowed to participate.
Joe Burrow just legit got hit/knocked down while trying to **catch** a pass.

This is nuts. https://t.co/sTXN6tteyK
Saturday’s event also featured the likes of Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski. Gronkowski suffered a pulled hamstring during the event and was unable to continue.
Considering Burrow has a history of injuries, including a significant one last season, the Bengals are probably cringing while watching this. It is a bit of a surprise the team let him participate.
