One of the biggest decisions of the offseason centers around Peyton Manning.
The 39-year-old has not announced whether he will retire following his Super Bowl 50 win or continue his career. The Denver Broncos (and other teams) are waiting on Manning’s decision to see how they will proceed. For now, Broncos GM John Elway says the team will give Manning more time to make a decision.
Elway met with Peyton a couple nights ago. "He still needs more time, so we're going to afford him that time."

Elway: "Peyton is the same Peyton he was. It's going to come down to what he wants to do."

Elway: "We're going to give Peyton the time Peyton deserves. Eighteen years — he deserves this."

Waiting on Manning’s decision also means the Broncos cannot move forward with backup quarterback Brock Osweiler. Osweiler would be perhaps the most desired QB on the market if he becomes a free agent in two weeks.
Elway: "We're really not in a hurry. Brock knows what we have to offer and we still have a great deal of interest in Brock."

If Manning decides to continue his career, his father Archie has already said he does not expect it to be with the Broncos. The Rams are among the teams said to have potential interest in Peyton if he decides to play next season.
