Johnny Manziel is at the point where he’s made his sobriety pledge a topic, so people are telling on him when he doesn’t stick to that.
Case in point: the New York Post reported this week that Manziel had a few alcoholic beverages out on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles over the weekend.
Of course, having an alcoholic beverage shouldn’t be an issue, but it is when it goes against what Manziel said he was going to do.
Back in late June after someone staying in his vacation area shared a picture of drugs on social media, Manziel said he was going sober in July in preparation of an NFL comeback. Many doubted his ability to suddenly cut off all drinking and drugs considering he seemed to be addicted to the substances. He later conceded being completely sober would be tough and said he was “mostly” healthy. Maybe this is part of the brief times he’s not being healthy.
