It might be time to pull that infamous Cleveland Browns quarterback jersey out of the attic again.
According to a report by Adam Schefter of ESPN on Monday, there’s a “good chance” Josh McCown misses multiple games with a shoulder injury. Rookie signal caller Cody Kessler is expected to draw the start under center in Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins and possibly beyond.

The Browns had reportedly been fearing bad news after McCown was hurt in Sunday’s 25-20 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. With initial starter Robert Griffin III also going down with a significant injury in Week 1 (coincidentally, to his shoulder as well) and the team dropping their first two games this season, it’s shaping up to be another absolutely exquisite season on the gridiron for the Cleveland faithful.
