Josh Norman responded on Thursday to a shot DeAndre Hopkins took at him earlier in the day.
It started when Norman proudly tweeted a nugget from ESPN’s SportsNation about how he’s shut down some top wide receivers such as Hopkins, Dez Bryant and Julio Jones.
Hopkins, who had just five catches for 53 yards against the Carolina Panthers earlier in the season, threw some shade at Norman by calling him a cover 3 corner.
Norman caught wind of Hopkins’ diss and responded politely.

That’s not exactly fighting fire with fire, but we respect the way Norman handled things. The Coastal Carolina product has been arguably the best CB in football this year, and he deserves all the praise and accolades he is receiving. Hopkins should get over that, but we all know he’s not exactly above a Twitter feud.
