Josh Norman left Monday night’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs with a rib injury, and the Washington Redskins are going to be without the star cornerback for a month.
On Friday, Norman indicated on Twitter that doctors have told him he will need to sit for four weeks.

Washington has a bye this week before a tough four-game stretch that pits them against the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys at home and Philadelphia Eagles and Seattle Seahawks on the road. Assuming the four-week timeline includes this week, Norman should be able to return for the game against Seattle on Nov. 5.
