Julio Jones reportedly will not be at full strength on Sunday.
Jones, who is battling turf toe, will reportedly be little more of a decoy if he even plays against the Los Angeles Rams, according to D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
He’s going to be a decoy at best. https://t.co/bJYShKIGxT

In fact, Ledbetter thinks Jones won’t play at all.
Cause Coach is “anticipating” that he’ll play. I’m not. Calling coach’s bluff. https://t.co/bJYShKIGxT

The Falcons reportedly think Jones will be able to go. They may just be trying to give Los Angeles something to think about. Sending him out as a decoy seems like it would serve the same purpose.
