Kellen Moore receives head coach interest from NFC team
Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore is once again getting at least one look as a head coach candidate.
The New Orleans Saints have requested permission to interview Moore for their head coaching position, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. This would represent Moore’s first interview of the cycle.
The #Saints have requested an interview with #Eagles OC Kellen Moore for their vacant HC position, per me and @MikeGarafolo. Moore's first of this cycle.

The 36-year-old Moore is finishing up his first year as the Eagles’ offensive coordinator. Previously, he had a one-year stint with the Los Angeles Chargers, as well as a four-year period as the Dallas Cowboys’ offensive coordinator. Moore was a hot name in coaching circles while with Dallas, and attracted attention for head coaching jobs during that time.
The Eagles’ offense, particularly the passing game, was not terribly explosive in 2024, which became a point of contention late in the season. Still, Moore is a respected offensive mind, and will get at least one look as a head coach candidate this offseason.
