Awesome Malik Willis act of kindness captured on video outside Combine
Malik Willis has been impressing scouts during interviews at the NFL Scouting Combine, and something the quarterback did may boost his stock even further.
Ryan Lacey, a self-described sports marketing and brand building worker, shared video on Twitter Thursday of Willis. In the video, the former Liberty quarterback was shown giving clothes to a person on the street in Indianapolis.
Was having lunch yesterday and saw one of the Combine guys helping out someone on some hard times…@malikwillis being great even when nobody is watching. How can you not be a fan of this guy? pic.twitter.com/BmFzUM66NU

It’s unclear what Willis gave the person, but NFL executives will love to see that. The gesture came on the same day that reports claimed Willis’ stock is on the rise.
Malik Willis has been blowing teams away with his interviews at the combine, too. It's a continuation of his impressive Senior Bowl week. Of the teams I've spoken to, the overwhelming majority believe he's got the highest ceiling of the QBs in this draft class.

Willis is an intriguing prospect for a number of reasons. He played at Liberty, so scouts didn’t get a chance to see him against top competition. He’s a dual threat quarterback who had 27 passing touchdowns and 13 scores on the ground last season, but he also made plenty of mistakes. Willis threw 12 interceptions and took a whopping 51 sacks.
We know of one team that has been repeatedly linked to Willis, and it sounds like he has a good chance to be taken in the first round. That viral video should certainly help from a character standpoint.
