The Oakland Raiders are hoping for some major changes this year after winning four or less games in each of the past three seasons. But one thing that ain’t changing a bit is the fantastic hairstyle of team owner Mark Davis.
Davis, the son of the late Al Davis, has always had one of the most intense bowl cuts you will ever lay eyes on. In recent years, he has gotten the back under control while still managing to stay true to his roots (pun intended).

We’ve shown you a lot of bad haircuts over the years, but Davis is without question a permanent member of the Sports Haircut Hall of Shame. Keep doing you, Mark.
