Mark Davis offers to refund Raiders season ticket deposits for 2017
The Raiders won’t be officially leaving Oakland for at least two years, but team owner Mark Davis is willing to give refunds to all fans who choose to stop supporting the team sooner.
After the Raiders received an almost unanimous vote from NFL owners in favor of their move to Las Vegas on Monday, Davis offered to refund any deposits that fans have already put down for season tickets in 2017.
Mark Davis said he would be "happy" to refund any season tickets for Raiders fans in Oakland who want to give them back.

The new stadium in Las Vegas is not expected to be completed until 2019 at the earlier, and the Raiders’ lease in Oakland runs through 2018. The team will continue to be called the Oakland Raiders while it remains in the Bay Area, but Davis is obviously trying to extend an olive branch to fans who feel betrayed.
If you want to know how Raiders fans are going to react to the move, just have a look at some of the stuff Chargers fans in San Diego did and multiply that by about 10. Davis is trying to help make the transition as painless as possible.
