The Dallas Cowboys have been consistently mentioned as a team that might try to rekindle trade talks for Maxx Crosby, but Jerry Jones is not willing to go that far.
Jones said it was unlikely that the Cowboys would make another attempt to acquire Crosby from the Las Vegas Raiders after a trade to Baltimore fell through. He did not shut the door entirely, however.
“I don’t anticipate, standing here right now, revisiting that situation,” Jones told reporters. “Is it possible? Yes.”

The Cowboys were one of the teams to try to trade for Crosby, but they failed to meet the Raiders’ asking price. They might be back in the picture now that the deal with the Ravens is off, but that depends at least somewhat on how the Cowboys feel about Crosby’s medicals.
Since the failed trade with Baltimore, the Raiders have been adamant that they plan to keep Crosby and go into camp with him. That could just be a ploy to make sure his trade value does not drop too much, as other reports have indicated that they are still at least willing to consider the right deal if another team comes in with a strong offer.
