Mike Wallace is happy to see one of his former teammates succeeding.
In the middle of Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill’s excellent performance against the Baltimore Ravens in Saturday’s divisional round playoff game, Wallace gave a shout-out to the signal caller. He also threw shade at their old club, the Miami Dolphins.
“It wasn’t u bro it was that toxic a– program lol,” Wallace tweeted, tagging Tannehill in the post.
Tannehill threw for two touchdowns on Saturday and added another score on the ground, as the Titans pulled off the huge upset over the favored Ravens.
As for Wallace, he was teammates with Tannehill in Miami for two seasons from 2013-14. Tannehill definitely wasn’t put in a position to succeed there like he has with the Titans, and Wallace is obviously pleased that he is now able to really show off what he has got.
