Los Angeles Chargers rookie wide receiver Mike Williams looks to be inching closer to his NFL debut.
Williams was reportedly set to be at least a partial participant in Friday’s practice for the first time since training camp opened.

Williams obviously will not play Sunday. Even if he was a full participant, he hasn’t practiced since May and will not be physically ready on such short notice. That said, he’s been off the PUP list for a while, so a debut is likely within a couple weeks, barring setbacks.
