Jordan Spieth is a man in demand. Even Miss Texas wants a piece of him. Sort of.
Miss Texas Shannon Sanderford threw out the first pitch prior to Tuesday’s Texas Rangers game. Afterwards she did an interview with FOX Sports Southwest to promote her appearance at the upcoming Miss America pageant. Sanderford revealed that her talent is singing, and then she performed a rap during the interview upon request. One of the money lines? “Hey Jordan Spieth, you wanna call me for a date?”
Spieth is a Texan and was in attendance for the game, which could explain how he made his way into Sanderford’s lyrics. I’m sure he’s not complaining as he’s a pretty good sport, but sorry to break it to Sanderford — Spieth is already taken by this woman.
