A Nashville TV station took a shot at Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota on Wednesday.
The TV station, WSMV, was showing how they were cooking a turkey and called the turkey “Mariota because this baby is done.”
A follow-up question from one of the news anchors was “how do you know when it’s done?”
A wisecrack said “when you’re throwing three interceptions a game.”

Mariota was benched by the Titans after Week 6 in favor of Ryan Tannehill. Though he wasn’t turning the ball over much, Mariota was also not generating enough offense. The team was 2-4 at the time and is now 6-5. Tannehill has just done much more than Mariota, who might be “done.”
