New Instagram workout photo of AJ Brown goes viral

A new photo shared by A.J. Brown on his Instagram Story Friday is drawing attention online.

Brown shared a “mirror selfie” of himself inside a workout room. The Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver wrote “13 rounds” as the caption for his photo. The photo seemed to be of Brown after he had finished 13 rounds of boxing.

Fans noticed just how fit and muscular Brown looked in the photo, which makes him a strong candidate for being in the “best shape of his life” ahead of training camp.

Brown turns 27 next week and will be entering his third season with the Eagles in 2024. Acquired in a trade with the Tennessee Titans in 2022, Brown has been a beast for the Eagles. He’s averaged 97 catches, 1,476 yards and 9 touchdowns per year with Philly, and was named second-team All-Pro both years.

He’s already putting up those kinds of numbers and then working out hard in the offseason. That has to make the Eagles, and their fans, feel pretty good.
