The San Francisco 49ers are set to begin training camp on Friday, and they have reached an agreement on a contract with their first-round draft pick just in time to have him join the team.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Bosa and the 49ers have agreed to a four-year, $33.5 million deal.
No. 2 overall pick Nick Bosa and the 49ers reached agreement on a four-year deal worth $33.55 million, per source. There will not be another Bosa holdout.

The Niners selected Bosa with the No. 2 overall pick this year, and his agreement with the team leaves No. 3 overall pick Quinnen Williams as the only rookie to not sign a contract yet. Bosa’s older brother Joey had a highly publicized contract dispute with the Los Angeles Chargers when he was drafted three years ago, but that is not going to happen with Nick.
Joey Bosa has been one of the best pass-rushers in football for several seasons, and the 49ers are hoping Nick follows in his footsteps.
