Packers to hire Mike Pettine as defensive coordinator
The Green Bay Packers appear to be set on a new defensive coordinator.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter says Mike Pettine will be the team’s hire:

Pettine, 51, has not coached in the NFL since going 10-22 in 2014-2015 as the Cleveland Browns’ head coach. He was a defensive coordinator for the Bills and Jets prior to his stint with Cleveland.
The Packers fired longtime defensive coordinator Dom Capers this offseason as part of a major overhaul of the coaching staff and were in the market for a new coordinator. They were said to also have interest in Gus Bradley and Vic Fangio.
