Patrick Mahomes’ postgame message to Josh Allen revealed
The Buffalo Bills got the best of the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, but Patrick Mahomes does not think that will be the end of the saga between the teams this season.
The Bills won 30-21 over KC at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y., to hand the previously undefeated Chiefs their first loss of the season. The win made the Bills 9-2, which places them just behind the 9-1 Chiefs for the best record in the AFC.
In his postgame handshake with Josh Allen, Mahomes indicated the teams will likely meet again — in the postseason.
“We’ll do it again, baby,” Mahomes said to Allen, as captured by CBS’ cameras.

Mahomes’ comments are rooted in reality; the Chiefs and Bills have met in the playoffs three of the last four years, with KC winning all three matchups.
Not only has Kansas City had the advantage against Buffalo in the postseason, but the Chiefs still have the better record, which means they could end up having home field if the teams eventually meet in the playoffs. History has taught us that there is still a good chance the teams will meet again.
