Report: Ravens facing fines, loss of OTAs for violating league rules

John Harbaugh

The Baltimore Ravens will lose two OTAs and two key members of the organization are facing fines due to an unspecified violation of league rules, according to a report.

NFL reporter Jeff Zrebiec reported Wednesday that, while the nature of the infraction is unknown, coach John Harbaugh and owner Steve Bisciotti are both facing fines over some sort of wrongdoing.

The Ravens have violated OTA rules multiple times in the past, including in 2016, when they forfeit an entire week of OTAs for using full pads during rookie minicamp. While it’s unclear if something similar may have happened here, it’s entirely possible that the organization is getting dinged as a repeat offender.
