Tom Brady after a game

Speculation about a possible Tom Brady return continues, with people digging into every detail to make deductions about the quarterback’s mentality.

On Monday, Rich Eisen discussed Brady’s possible return while hosting “The Rich Eisen Show.” Eisen put the chances of Brady returning at a 7 on a scale from 1-12.

During the discussion, he did drop one interesting tidbit: Brady is apparently still sticking to his rigid personal fitness regimen, even though he has publicly retired.

The talk around the #NFLCombine was still about the future of @TomBrady and he hasn't done anything to shut down comeback talk — so we busted out a new segment #TB12HeatCheck:#NFL #GoBucs pic.twitter.com/GGAwT8PZVm

“I’m not taking the fact that he’s still doing TB12, that he’s thinking of coming back, but somebody who knows him really well says that is an indication to him,” Eisen said of Brady.

Eisen did concede that this is the way Brady is used to living, and his dedication to fitness may not be indicative of anything relating to his playing future.

This alone would not be a huge deal if it was all we were hearing about Brady. However, the former quarterback has seemingly left the door open himself to a potential return. Every bit of news like this is going to make people lean into that possibility even more.
