Marshawn Lynch had a disappointing game on Sunday in what could be his final game with the Seattle Seahawks, but he still left his mark on at least one opponent.
Carolina Panthers safety Roman Harper shared a video on Instagram after the game showing a large crack in his helmet. The veteran safety says the damage occurred when he was tackling Lynch.

“For everybody that thinks Beast Mode isn’t alive, tackling him today I broke my helmet,” Harper said in the video. “I definitely have proof Beast Mode is still alive.”
Lynch finished with just six carries for 20 yards, but he hardly stood a chance when the Seahawks dug themselves into a 31-0 hole by halftime. While he didn’t do anything close to his most famous playoff run (video here), the 29-year-old proved he is not afraid of contact as he gets older. Harper obviously respects that.
