New Orleans Saints defensive end Cam Jordan thinks there are a lot of quarterbacks in the NFL stealing money, and he joked that Kirk Cousins is one of them.
Jordan was asked on Thursday whether Cousins is the best businessman in the NFL. That led him to joke about him stealing so much money.

Jordan then clarified on Twitter that Cousins earned his pay, while other quarterbacks who aren’t as good seem overpaid because the market value for that position is so high.
Same happens throughout all positions… probably leagues: Nfl, Nba, Nhl, Mlb… Kirk earned his… some are given Mkt value not so much as to what they’ve earned just stating the obvious.

Cousins signed a 3-year, $84 million deal with the Vikings, with all of the money being guaranteed — something nearly unprecedented for an NFL contract. He has thrown for 2,162 yards, 14 touchdowns and 3 interceptions this season and is on his way to the best season of his career. Cousins’ Vikings will face Jordan’s Saints on Sunday night.
As for the talk about Cousins as a businessman, the guy has been known to file for some great trademarks.
