
If Sean Payton wants to pursue other coaching opportunities, the New Orleans Saints would be inclined to allow it, according to a new report.
NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport says that the Saints would be willing to let Payton out of his contract if he wanted to take another job. He would also be allowed to leave if Tom Benson was not in control of the team.

Payton rumors have been flying all season. Teams are interested, and Payton may be interested as well. Now we know the Saints would consider it, and several teams will be on red alert. Payton would be strongly considered by any team with a coaching vacancy this offseason.
