Report: Sam Bradford ‘close’ to being ready to start for Vikings
Sam Bradford may not be ready to start on the first Sunday of the season, but it sounds like it won’t be that long before he does.
The Vikings’ new quarterback is reportedly already “close” to being prepared to start for the team.
#Vikings source on how ready QB Sam Bradford is: "He is close. You can tell he is smart."

The team will start Shaun Hill in Week 1, but it seems he’s not long for the role. After all, they paid a significant price to bring Bradford into the fold. He does appear to be a quick learner, so it won’t be a surprise to see him under center when the Vikings host the Packers in a big division game on Sept. 18.
