Seahawks confirm Shaquill Griffin will replace Sherman at left CB
The Seattle Seahawks have confirmed who will replace Richard Sherman at the left cornerback position this year.
For the past seven seasons, the Seahawks and their fans got used to seeing Sherman man one of the cornerback spots on one of the NFL’s best defenses. That won’t be the case this season after Sherman left to sign with the 49ers.
On Wednesday, Seahawks defensive coordinator Ken Norton Jr. confirmed that Shaquill Griffin will man the spot.
