Watch: St. Louis law firm runs ad attacking Rams owner Stan Kroenke
Super Bowl LIII isn’t really a happy one for former Rams fans in St. Louis, who are watching the team that was once theirs compete for a title in Los Angeles.
There remains a lot of bitterness towards Rams owner Stan Kroenke, who moved the team from St. Louis to California prior to the 2016 season. There’s enough bitterness that Brown & Crouppen, an area law firm, ran a commercial during the Super Bowl just to bash Kroenke.
These same people were behind a similarly critical ad three years ago that also ran during a Super Bowl. It’s pretty clear that they’re not willing to let bygones be bygones, but losing a pro sports franchise only to see them have immense success elsewhere is certainly no easy thing if you’re a fan.
